Purpose of the Commission:
The Board of Selectmen established the Commission on Disabilities in 1984. The purpose of the Commission is to provide assistance to the citizens of West Springfield and to ensure that the Town of West Springfield is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act with regards to public and private building accessibility, communications, public accommodations, and transportation and other areas impacting the disabled community.
Commission Meetings:
Commission meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. The location is the Mayor's Meeting Room, 2nd floor.
