7:05pm – Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, s. 40, a public meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 7:05pm regarding a Determination of Applicability by Mitchell Salamon to determine whether the area depicted on the plans is subject to jurisdiction of the Wetlands Protection Act, the boundaries of resource area(s) depicted on the plan(s) are accurately delineated, and the work is subject to jurisdiction of the Wetlands Protection Act at 103 Myron Street. The hearing will be held in the Mayor’s Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield.

Chapter 131, s. 40, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 7:07pm regarding a Notice of Intent by the West Springfield Department of Public Works, for the dredging of sediment in a culvert and stream on Amostown Road. The hearing will be held in the Mayor’s Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield.
7:09pm – Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, s. 40, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 7:09pm regarding a Notice of Intent by the West Springfield Department of Public Works, for the installation of an 8” PVC gravity-fed sanitary sewer line within the existing road right-of-way at 539-777 Riverdale Street. The hearing will be held in the Mayor’s Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield.

Chapter 131, s. 40, a public meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 7:10pm regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability by Mary E. Lewis, to determine whether the work is subject to jurisdiction of the Wetlands Protection Act at 33 Falvey Street. The hearing will be held in the Mayor’s Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield.
7:15pm – Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, s. 40, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 7:15pm regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability by Aldo M. Bertera Family Limited Partnership, to determine whether the work is subject to jurisdiction of the Wetlands Protection Act at 499 Riverdale Street. The meeting will be held in the Mayor’s Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield.
