Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, s. 40, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 8:00 pm regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Roman Catholic Bishop of Springfield, Saint Thomas the Apostle Cemetery for management of compost and excess soil within the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland property located on Kings Highway. The meeting will be held in the Mayor’s Meeting Room second floor of the Municipal Office Building, 26 Central St.
