Chapter 131, s. 40, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 7:10pm regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability by Massachusetts Highway Department for the installation of an Intelligent Transportation System and related work on Interstate 91, within the buffer zone of Bordering Vegetative Wetlands. The meeting will be held in the Mayor’s Meeting Room second floor of the Municipal Office Building, 26 Central St.
