7:05 p.m – Mark Beglane for Ten Registered Voter’s (Zoning Ordinance Amendment) - Amend the Zoning Ordinance to allow for automotive repair garages in the Industrial (I) zone through Special Permit from the Planning Board.
7:10 pm. – Brian Battista (Special Permit) – Special Permit for the construction of a 35’ x 24’ detached garage at the property locted at 849 Amostown Road in the Residence A-1 (RA-1) zoning district.
7:15 p.m. - Chunnu Li (Special Permit) –Special permit for the operation of a massage therapy business at 865 Memorial Avenue in the Business A (BA) zoning district. Continued from 4/21/10.
7:20 p.m. – West River Properties LLP(Appeal of Site Plan Decision) – Appeal of Conditional Site Plan Approval issued on March 30, 2010, for the operation of a redemption center at 20 River Street.
