NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 27, 2009 at 7:10 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Variance application for the property located at 895 Riverdale Street in the Planned Unit Development (PUD). The application requests a variance from Table 9-4B of the Zoning Ordinance that allows for one free standing sign for the primary entrance, which indicates the name of the general development; the names of individual businesses or groups are prohibited. The applicant is Jeremy Waycott of Wallingford, CT. And the property owner is R & F West Springfield, LLC of Liverpool, NY.
Plans and correspondence related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
