NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
August 5, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a special permit for the change of use to a custom auto body shop with auto repair at the property located at 33 Heywood Avenue in West Springfield in the Business B-1 (BB-1) zoning district. The property owner is J & J Holdings of West Springfield, MA and the applicant is Eric Cross of Springfield, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the request are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
