NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2009 at 7:05 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Variance application for the property located at 433 Brush Hill Avenue in a Residence A-1 (RA-1) zoning district. The application requests a variance from Table 6-1A of the Zoning Ordinance that requires a 20-foot side yard setback. The applicants are Rhoda and Nathan Crowell of West Springfield, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
