NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2009, at 7:10 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to a decision dated January 2, 2009. The proposed amendment would allow for a fence more than 4 feet in height or greater than 50 percent solid along the rear property line extending to the street line. The property is located at 706 Prospect Avenue in the Residence A (RA) zoning district. The petition to amend is on behalf of the Board of Appeals.
Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
