NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 26, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Variance application for the property located at 304 Hillcrest Avenue. The application requests a variance from Section 9.034 of the Zoning Ordinance that requires access driveways shall be located no closer than thirty (30) feet from one another. The applicants and owners are Debra and Glenn MacDonald of West Springfield, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
