NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 23, 2009, at 7:10 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a Variance from Section 5-2 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for a residential use in a Business A zoning district. The property is located at 476 Main Street in the Business A (BA) zoning district. The applicant is Attorney Stanley Komack of West Springfield and the record owner is Oksana Vlasyuk of Coconut Grove, FL.
Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
