NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 28, 2009, at 7:05 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a Special Permit to allow for a non-conforming structure to be used for business and storage purposes. The property is located at 476 Main Street in the Business A (BA) zoning district. The applicant and record owner is Oksana Vlasyuk of Coconut Grove, FL.
Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
