NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 28, 2009, at 7:10 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a Special Permit under Section 4.21 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for the expansion of a non-conforming single family residential use. The property is located at 258 Ashley Avenue in the Industrial Park (IP) zoning district. The applicant is James Ayotte of Feeding Hills and the record owner is Eric Rackliffe of West Springfield, MA.
Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
