NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 25, 2010, at 7:05 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for Special Permit under Section 4.21 of the Zoning Ordinance for the alteration and expansion of a pre-existing, non-conforming residential structure. The property is located at 12 Hewitt Street in the Residence A (RA) zoning district. The applicant and record owner is Joanna Cohen of West Springfield, MA.
Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
