ZBA Public Hearing Special Permit 204 Baldwin Street - February 22, 2010 7PM
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
        
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 22, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for Special Permit under Section 4.21 of the Zoning Ordinance for the change of one non-conforming use (retail) to another non-conforming use (residential).  The property is located at 204 Baldwin Street in the Business B-1(BB-1) zoning district.  The applicant and record owner is Paul Gil of West Springfield, MA.

Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
