NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 22, 2010, at 7:05 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for an amendment to existing variances for a façade extension at the property located at 989 Memorial Avenue in the Business A (BA) zoning district. The applicant is Father’s and Son’s, Inc. of West Springfield MA and the property owner is Cartelli Realty, LLC of West Springfield, MA.
Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
