NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
April 7, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium on the second floor of the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a petition to amend the Zoning Map for a parcel on Summit Street (GIS ID 105-013-009) from Industrial (I) to Residence B (RB). The petitioner and owner is Roland Tetrault of West Springfield, MA, and the proposed buyer is Barefeet Properties, LLC of Westfield, MA.
A complete copy of the proposed Zoning Map amendment may be inspected in the Planning Department Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
