NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
April 7, 2010, at 7:05 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a special permit for the change of use to an auto repair shop at the property located at 685 Union Street in West Springfield in the Business B and Residence C (BB and RC) zoning districts. The property owner is B & G Realty Trust of West Springfield, MA and the applicant is Krzysztof Gorzynski of Chicopee, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the request are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
