NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 26, 2010, at 7:05 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a variance from Section 9.323 which states the replacement of any sign replacing a non-conforming sign shall conform with the provisions of this section and the non-conforming sign shall no longer be displayed. The property is located at 340 Memorial Avenue in the Business A (BA) zoning district. The record owner is KQUAD LLC of East Longmeadow, MA and the applicant is Kathleen Lucas of East Longmeadow, MA.
Correspondence related to the proposed appeal application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
