NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REPETITIVE PETITION
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at 7:10 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a repetitive petition before the Board of Appeals for a special permit application to allow for the operation of a restaurant business at the property located at 476 Main Street in West Springfield. The applicant and owner is Oksana Vlasyuk of 25 Railroad Street, West Springfield, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the request are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
