NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at 7:05 p.m. in the Auditorium on the second floor of the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The hearing is to consider a petition to amend the Zoning Ordinance. The proposal would amend Table 5-3 of the West Springfield Table of Use Regulations for Industrial Zoning Districts to allow for the operation of automotive repair garages in the Industrial (I) Zoning District through Special Permit by the Planning Board. The petitioners are ten (10 ) registered voters of West Springfield.
A complete copy of the proposed Zoning Ordinance amendment may be inspected in the Planning Department Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
