NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at 7:10 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a special permit application in accordance with Section 6.359 of the Zoning Ordinance for the construction of a 35’ x 24’ detached garage at the property located at 849 Amostown Road in a Residence A-1 (RA-1) zoning district. The applicant and record owner is Brian Battista of West Springfield, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the request are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
