NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
May 5, 2010, at 7:20 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an appeal requested by West River Properties, LLP in regards to a Conditional Site Plan approval issued on March 30, 2010, by the Planning Director, for the operation of a redemption center at the property located at 20 River Street in the Business B-1 (BB-1) and the Business A (BA) zoning district. The property owner is Richard Rindels and applicant is Vu Nguyen of Springfield, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
