NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 24, 2010, at 7:10 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for an Appeal of the Building Commissioners Action for the denial of a building permit for the reconstruction of a 22 efficiency unit apartment building at the property located at 191 Baldwin Street in the Business B (BB) zoning district. The applicants are Attorney Robert Gelinas and Attorney Daniel Finnegan and the record owner is Dasare Properties, LLC of Longmeadow, MA.
Correspondence related to the proposed appeal application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
