NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 24, 2010, at 7:15 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a Special Permit for the change from one non-conforming use to another non-conforming use as a pawn shop. The property is located at 715 Main Street in the Business A (BA) zoning district. The applicant is Lien Chen of West Springfield, MA. and the record owner is Iqbal Murtaza of West Springfield, MA.
Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
