NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold concurrent public hearings on Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearings are to review applications for a Special Permit and for an approval to allow for More Than One Building For Dwelling Purposes Per Lot, for a plan entitled The Brush Hill Residential Expansion at the property located at 292 Brush Hill Avenue. The plan proposes a 9-unit residential expansion and 760 feet of roadway on approximately 3.0 acres of land. The applicant and owner is Mark Kaufman of Wayland, MA. and the surveyor and engineer for the project is Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. of West Springfield, MA.
Plans and related correspondence related to the proposed development are on file in the Planning Office and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
