NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2010, at 7:05 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a variance from Section 9.034 of the Zoning Ordinance, which requires a 30 foot separation between access driveways. The property is located at 107 Hewitt Street in the Residence A (RA) zoning district. The applicant and record owner is Thomas F. Kane of West Springfield, MA.
Correspondence related to the proposed appeal application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
