NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
June 16, 2010, at 7:05 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Site Plan Review application for the construction of a 1,500 square foot office building for a commercial transportation service, with parking and site improvements, at the property located on Windsor Street, parcel ID 116-009-001 in the Business B-1 (BB-1) zoning district. The property owner is Cyalume Technologies, Inc. of West Springfield and the applicant is Hulmes Transportation Services, LTD of Belchertown, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
