NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2010, at 7:10 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a variance from Section 6, Table 6-16 of the Zoning Ordinance, which requires a 10 foot side yard setback. The property is located at 68 Bridge Street in the Business A (BA) zoning district. The applicant is George Alevras of West Springfield and the record owner is AOS LLP of West Springfield, MA.
Correspondence related to the proposed appeal application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
