NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
August 4, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a special permit under Section 10.8 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for the operation of an auto repair garage at the property located at 27 Heywood Avenue in West Springfield in the Business B-1 (BB-1) zoning district. The property owner is Birnie Avenue Realty Trust of Southwick, MA and the applicant is Preferred Auto of West Springfield, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the request are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
