NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 23, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for an amendment to existing variance to allow for a 21,200 square foot addition with parking improvements, which conform to all zoning requirements, at the property located at 492 Prospect Avenue in the Industrial Park (IP) zoning district. The applicant and record owner is Fountain Prospect Realty Corporation of West Springfield, MA.
Correspondence and plans related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
