NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The West Springfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
September 1, 2010, at 7:10 p.m. in the second floor Auditorium located in the J. Edward Christian Municipal Office Building, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Site Plan Review application for the construction of a 21,157 square foot building addition with associated parking and site improvements at the property located at 492 Prospect Avenue in the Industrial Park (IP) zoning district. The property owner and applicant is Fountain Prospect Realty Corporation of West Springfield, MA.
Plans and correspondence related to the proposed application are on file in the Planning Department and can be seen Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
