7:00 p.m. – Debra & Glenn MacDonald (Variance) – Variance from Section 9.034 of the Zoning Ordinance that requires a 30 foot separation between driveways for the property located at 304 Hillcrest Avenue in the Residence A-2 (RA-2) zoning district.
7:05 p.m. – Nicholas Katsoulis (Variance Amendment) – Variance amendment to allow for the operation of a Massachusetts Inspection Station (auto repair facility) located in the storage area of the building at the property located at 865 Memorial Avenue in the Business A (BA) and Industrial (I) zoning district.
7:10 p.m. – Paul Goldman, Esq. (Special Permit) – Special Permit from Section 4.21 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for the alteration of a non-conforming use from a dental office to a residential use at the property located at 39 Van Deene Avenue in the Business A (BA) zoning district.
