(Appeal of Building Commissioner) – Appeal for the denial of an application for the issuance of a permit for a sign that extends above the existing roofline at the property located at 1081 Riverdale Street in the Planned Unit Development (PUD). Continued from 4/26/10.
7:05 p.m. – Imageone Industries, Inc. (Variance) – Variance from Section 9.242 which requires that signs be located below the peak of a roofline for the property located at 1081 Riverdale Street in the Planned Unit Development (PUD). Continued from 4/26/10.
7:10 p.m. – Attorney Gelinas (Appeal of Building Commissioner Action) – Appeal of Building Commissioners Action for the denial of building permit for the reconstruction of a 22 efficiency unit apartment building at the property located at 191 Baldwin Street in the Business B (BB) zoning district due to the inability to meet the off-street parking requirements.
