Continued from 4/26/10.
7:05 p.m. – Thomas Kane (Variance) from Section 9.034 of the Zoning Ordinance which requires a 30 foot separation between access driveways for the property located at 107 Hewitt Street in the Residence A (RA) zoning district.l
7:10 p.m. – George Alevras (Variance) from Section 6, Table 6-16, which requires a 10 foot side yard setback at the property known as 68 Bridge Street in the Business A (BA) zoning district.
