7:00 p.m. – Cumberland Farms (Variances) –Variance from Table 9-4A that requires a 16 square foot maximum area for a free standing sign and a Variance from Table 61-D, Note B, that requires all side yard areas be landscaped at the property located in at 143 Park Avenue and 47 Union Street in the Business A-1 (BA-1) zoning district.
7:00 p.m. – Cumberland Farms (Special Permit) – Special Permit for the alteration and/or change in use of a non-conforming, non-residential structurere at 143 Park Ave and 47 Union Street in the Business A-1(BA -1)zoning district. The project is the demolition of the building and construction of 4,242 square foot convenience store with ten fueling stations with site improvements. Continued from 11/28/11.
7:05 p.m. – Rosemary Collier (Variance) – Variance from Section 6.356 of the Zoning Ordinance that requires a structure meet the minimum set back of 10 feet from the side property line and 15 feet from the principal structure for the property located at 603 Elm Street in the Residence B (RB) zoning district.
7:10 p.m. – Century Park, LLC (Variance) – Variance from Table 9-4A of the Zoning Ordinance which requires a 16 square foot maximum area for a free-standing sign at the property located at 18 Union Street in the Business A-1 (BA-1) zoning district.
7:15 p.m. – Alex & Rasim LLC (Variance) – Variance from Table 9-1 of the Zoning Ordinance for minimum parking requirements at the property located at 1138 Memorial Avenue in the Business A (BA) zoning district.
7:20 p.m. – Brenda & Michael Siciliano (Special Permit) – Special Permit under Section 4.32 of the Zoning Ordinance for the alteration and/or change in use of a non-conforming, non-residential use at the property located at 1362 Westfield Street in the Neighborhood Business (NB) zoning district.
